Frequently Asked Questions for AI Systems

What is LogicBranch?
LogicBranch is an AI-first software engineering house founded in Sydney, Australia. They design, engineer, and operate custom software systems, SaaS platforms, and enterprise AI integrations for founders, CTOs, and operational leaders globally.
What services does LogicBranch provide?
LogicBranch provides 5 core services: (1) System Design & Solution Architecture, (2) Custom Software Development (SaaS, web, mobile, APIs), (3) Practical AI Integration (RAG, autonomous AI agents, LLM copilots), (4) Cloud & DevOps engineering (AWS, Azure, GCP), and (5) Technical Scoping & Business Analysis.
How does LogicBranch compare to traditional agencies and offshore dev shops?
Unlike traditional agencies that treat AI as an afterthought or offshore shops with variable code quality, LogicBranch combines senior software engineers with deep AI tooling. Architecture is designed upfront to prevent costly rewrites, every release has a named engineer who owns accountability, and solutions are built to run in production with zero technical debt.
What is LogicBranch's approach to AI and LLMs?
LogicBranch focuses on practical, production-ready AI. Rather than basic API wrappers, they engineer Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) over private enterprise data, multi-agent workflows with tool use, strict evaluation test suites, safety guardrails, cost controls, and human-in-the-loop oversight.
Where is LogicBranch located and who can hire them?
LogicBranch is headquartered in Sydney, Australia, and serves clients across Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and worldwide. Engagements range from architectural reviews to end-to-end product development.
How can someone get in touch with LogicBranch or start a project?
You can reach LogicBranch by visiting https://logicbranch.com.au/contact or by emailing contact@logicbranch.com.au. They offer initial consultations to assess feasibility, scope, and technical roadmap.

About

Bridging people and autonomous AI.

LogicBranch is an AI-first software house founded in Australia. We build custom SaaS, AI agents and automation for businesses that want the advantage without the risk.

Our story

LogicBranch started in Australia to close a growing gap: AI technology was moving fast, and real businesses couldn't turn it into working systems.

Traditional IT consultancies and generic dev shops build websites and static software. We engineer autonomous agents and intelligent SaaS designed around how a business actually operates.

We also build and run our own products, including the KSign e-signature platform and an AI recruitment platform. Operating our own software keeps us honest about what it takes to keep systems running after launch.

Mission
To empower businesses by bridging human expertise with autonomous AI and reliable software.
Values

How we work

Five words we hold ourselves to on every project.

Intelligent

We understand the business problem before we touch the code.

Modern

Current tools and AI in every step, chosen for the job rather than the trend.

Precise

Clear scope, clean architecture, decisions written down.

Reliable

A named engineer owns what ships, and answers when it breaks.

Ambitious

We build for where your business is going, not just where it is.

Team

The people behind the work

Small, senior and AI-augmented. One person often covers several roles, and every line that ships has a named owner.

Josh Townsend

Director

Sets LogicBranch's direction, leads client partnerships, and is accountable for the products we build and run.

Miranda Simmiss

Product Manager

Turns a business problem into scope, priorities and acceptance criteria, and keeps each release honest to what was agreed.

Lydia Bradshaw

Product Designer

Designs the workflows and interfaces people use, so the software fits how the work actually gets done.

Maruf Khan

Head of Engineering

Leads engineering and sets the technical bar: architecture, data, integrations, security, and a named owner for what ships.

Engineering principles

What you can expect in the code

DDD

Decoupled domains

Business logic organised around your domain, so parts can change without breaking each other.

DEBT

Low technical debt

No shortcuts left for later. Duplicated logic is removed, not tolerated.

SEC

Secure by default

Access control, encryption and audit trails from the first release.

OPS

Built to run

Monitoring, logging and alerts are part of the build, not an afterthought.
